What is Thrive?
Here at Respond we’re introducing Thrive, a consultancy style support service aimed at helping small businesses and their owners achieve their goals.
We see lots of company owners stressed or struggling with the ‘stuff on the side’ that makes their business run smoothly. Whether it’s admin, social media, planning, keeping up to speed with the latest developments or managing their overwhelming feelings or stress. We want to support small business owners to reduce their mental load, streamline their plans, increase their success and most importantly, all at an affordable and accessible price.

How does it work?
We’re listening, supporting and advising small local businesses on their big business ideas and marketing plans. By working closely with you and understanding your business, stresses, challenges and goals we can help to bring worthwhile, manageable changes to make your work world easier and more enjoyable.
Through a quick phone call with our Account Director Charlotte, we listen to your business challenges, then we book your first free meeting over a coffee and create a business timeline to kick start making your business life easier.
Then we book in some time to meet regularly to address arising issues, the next steps in your business timeline and slowly tackle your list of things to do.
What’s next?
We’re filling the gap and making sure that this level of support service is available to small businesses. If you run a beauty salon, a cafe, a solicitors or anything in between this is for you!
