Supporting studio founder Becky with big business changes
Time to move...
Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio was founded by Becky Hickman in 2021, providing yoga classes, retreats, events and training from their studio and across the surrounding areas of Devon.
In early 2024, Becky had mentioned that she was moving to a new venue later on in the year which would mean making some big business changes that would lead to disruption for her members and her team, which in turn would involve lots of communication and implementing new processes. She didn’t know where to start. Cue leading to her feeling stressed, overwhelmed and making quick rash decisions.
Becky needed a streamlined plan for her business, guidance and reassurance, something which isn’t such a readily available service for a small business owner. In came Respond and our Thrive service.

Substantial change in just 6 weeks
In less than 6 weeks we:
- Created a 3 month business timeline of goals and tasks to achieve
- Secured funding through a business grant to support renovating her new space
- Streamlined all of her business admin – less typing, less list making and less documents = more output
- Consolidated her lengthy business processes – more time to spend being creative!Rewrote the content for her website
- Developed an email communication plan
- Implemented a new marketing plan
- Produced a brief for a new website
- Listened, chatted and laughed!
